Nerd Fitness Academy - 11/25/14 Log

Went off track last night after getting home (my usual danger zone), and today as well.  Preparation for tomorrow.




Food Preparation for Tomorrow:

Breakfast: Two scrambled eggs with Spam slice and a slice of sourdough bread.  Iced chai latte. (680 cal)

Lunch: Microwave chicken pesto meal with slice of sourdough.  Bottled mocha frappuccino. (620 cal)

Snack: Mixed nuts with fruit cup. (440 cal)

Dinner: Pasta with marinara sauce.  Strawberry frozen yogurt. (680 cal)
