Nerd Fitness Academy - 12/10/14 Log

Onward through my first week of planned meals.




Breakfast: Three egg omelet with shredded cheddar cheese. (490 cal)

Lunch: Chipotle burrito bowl. (900 cal)

Snack: Cookie.  Iced skim chai. (480 cal)

Dinner: Roast chicken with vinaigrette, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Frozen yogurt. (840 cal)

Total: 2,710 calories

Quest Progress

-Fourth day below 2,700 calories. I mean, I was at 2,710 instead, but whatever.  It's close enough for government work.
