Nerd Fitness Academy - 12/17/14 Log

Had to alter things from my plan today because I forgot about a lunch meeting at work, and because I ran out of bread.  Well, I didn't run out, but when I went to take a slice it was moldy.

Note to self: a loaf of sourdough doesn't last a week and a half in the cupboard.


Food Log

Breakfast: Three egg omelet with cheddar.  Spam slice.  Cup of chocolate milk. (750 cal)

Lunch: Erbert and Gerbert roast beef sandwich with snickerdoodle cookie. (890 cal)

Snack: Truffle. Chips.  Bottled frappuccino. Cheez-its. (540 cal)

Dinner: Roast chicken, lima beans, mashed potatoes. (470 cal)

Total: 2,650 calories
