Coldrun Fitness - Day 10

Last week I ate at Chipotle three times.  This week, I'm going to try keeping it to twice, just yesterday and today.  It's expensive, but also easier to overeat from there than other places.


Diet

  • Egg and cheese biscuit and orange juice. (520 cal)
  • Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, half chicken, vegetables, tomato, cheese, guacamole. (It felt like more than usual.  1150 cal)
  • Small chocolate chip light frappuccino. (150 cal)
  • Macaroni and cheese microwave meal. (640 cal)
Total calories: 2,460
