Coldrun Fitness - Day 19


Diet

  • Two scrambled eggs, two slices of Spam, slice of buttered toast. (750 cal)
  • 6" wheat sub with ham, cheddar, tomato, lettuce, olives, mayonnaise, and Doritos bag.  Small chocolate chip frappuccino light afterwards. (860 cal)
  • Pasta with tomato sauce and a fried egg on top.  Nectarine. (700 cal)
