Minor calorie adjustment for this next month, down from 2,500/day to 2,400 /day.

Diet

  • Half "Cajun" at my local diner: some hashbrowns, a fried egg, grilled pepper and onion, and chili powder with Hollandaise, with a slice of sourdough toast.  (Not sure on calories.  I guessed 850 cal last time I had this, so I'll stick with that.)
  • Small skim caramel macchiato. (140 cal)
  • Banana. (100 cal)
  • Two slices of buttered toast and four strips of bacon.  Half cup of vanilla frozen yogurt. (600 cal)
  • Cheese crackers. (300 cal) 
  • Microwave crustless chicken pot pie meal. (280 cal)
Total calories: 2,270
