Coldrun Fitness - Day 12



Diet

  • Three egg omelet with tomato, green pepper, American cheese.  A biscuit. (750 cal)
  • Iced skim chai latte. (150 cal)
  • Microwave meal, with goldfish and pudding cup. (720 cal)
  • Two sauteed pork chops, mashed potatoes, and small bit of ice cream. (800 cal)
Total calories: 2,420

Did two sets of knee push-ups (15 and 20) and planking (20 seconds each).
