Coldrun Fitness - Day 27

A rough week overall that has been difficult to keep under control.


Diet

  • Two eggs sunny side up, two strips of bacon, and orange juice. (450 cal)
  • 6" wheat sub with sliced chicken, cheddar, lettuce, olive, sweet onion sauce.  All that, and a bag of chips. (sorry.) Bottled mocha frappuccino afterwards. (880 cal)
  • Skittles. (250 cal)
  • Bagel. (400 cal)
  • Cup of clam chowder, French fries, a piece of fried fish, and half cup of frozen yogurt. (850 cal)
