Diet

  • Two scrambled eggs and two slices of buttered toast. (430 cal)
  • Salted nut roll. It sounds weird, but it's a thing! (240 cal)
  • 6" wheat sub with meatballs, marinara sauce, American cheese, cucumber, black olive.  Doritos. (770 cal)
  • Small decaf chocolate chip frappuccino light. (150 cal)
  • Piece of bagel and handful of skittles. (240 cal)
  • Two chicken breasts with salsa. Half cup of vanilla frozen yogurt. (570 cal)
