Diet

  • Half "Cajun" at my local diner: some hashbrowns, a fried egg, grilled pepper and onion, and chili powder with Hollandaise, with a slice of sourdough toast.  (Not sure on calories.  I'll guess... 850 cal?)
  • Iced skim chai. (150 cal)
  • Macaroni and cheese microwave meal. (640 cal)
  • Wheat thins and a plum. (280 cal)
  • Pork chops and mashed potatoes. (650 cal)
Total calories:2,570 cal
