Coldrun Fitness - Day 34


Diet

  • Honey Nut Cheerios with 2% milk.  Plum. (360 cal)
  • Some M&Ms. (80 cal)
  • 6" wheat sub with salami, pepperoni, ham, cheddar, lettuce, olive, mayonnaise.  Doritos. (830 cal)
  • 12 ounce caramel frappuccino with chocolate chips, whipped cream, caramel sauce. This was BIG, it was a huge dessert, and I loved it.  Hadn't had one of these in a while, don't plan to have another for a while, and definitely enjoyed it. (490 cal)
  • Cheese crackers. (150 cal) 
  • Penne with tomato sauce. (460 cal)
