Coldrun Fitness - Day 30

At the start of this fitness path 30 days ago, I was wearing only XXL shirts.  I had old XL shirts still, but they were impossible to wear.  Just too tight.  I can now wear XL shirts.



Diet

  • Honey Nut Cheerios with milk.  Half a bagel. (590 cal)
  • 6" wheat sub with salami, pepperoni, ham, cheddar, lettuce, olive, mayonnaise.  Doritos. (830 cal)
  • Small skim/decaf caramel macchiato. (150 cal)
  • Skittles. (250 cal)
  • Macaroni and cheese microwave meal. (640 cal)
Total calories: 2,460
