Coldrun Fitness - Day 17



Diet

  • Two slices of Spam, two fried eggs sunny side up. (500 cal)
  • Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, small amount of black beans, chicken, tomato salsa, cheese, guacamole. (860 cal)
  • Leftover roast chicken wing. (100 cal)
  • Cheese crackers and a nectarine. (300 cal)
  • Two slices of Spam and mashed potatoes. (600 cal)
Total calories: 2,360

Exercise

Two sets of knee push-ups (15 and 20) and planks (20 seconds each).  My abs/core don't limit me in the second set, but rather my arms are too tired to hold up from the push-ups.
