Made the same mistake as a couple of weeks where I ate crackers from the box rather than putting a few in a cup beforehand and binged on them.

Diet

  • Half "Cajun" at my local diner: some hashbrowns, a fried egg, grilled pepper and onion, and chili powder with Hollandaise, with a slice of sourdough toast.  (850 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Microwave beef merlot meal with crackers. Cup of chocolate frozen yogurt. (510 cal)
  • Crackers and pudding. (900 cal)
  • Pork chops sauteed in butter and soy sauce. (300 cal)
Total calories: 2,740
