Coldrun Fitness - Day 42


Diet

  • Three egg omelet with American cheese, tomato, and green pepper.  Biscuit. (750 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Microwaved macaroni and cheese with chocolate frozen yogurt. (840 cal)
  • Two fried eggs, two slices of wheat toast, salsa.  Frozen yogurt.  (540 cal) 
  • Large swig of orange juice.  What?  There wasn't much left in the bottle and I was thirsty.  hence: swig. (70 cal)
Total calories: 2,380

Exercise

Two sets of knee push-ups (22 and 23) and planking (25 seconds and 30 seconds).

Walked 3.05 miles in 1:02:19.
