Coldrun Fitness - Day 66

Did pretty well today.  1,980 calories, so about 400 calories left in "caloric debt" for this week.

Diet

  • Cocoa Krispies with skim milk. (330 cal)
  • Pretzels. (220 cal)
  • Bacon chicken avocado sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and some sort of mayo-ish dressing. Chips.  (The place I went to eat didn't have a calorie count for the sandwich, but it was fairly thin size-wise.  I'll guess.. 750 cal for the sandwich?  Chips were 220 cal, so total of 970 cal
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Microwave sesame chicken meal. (280 cal)
Total calories: 1,980
