Coldrun Fitness - Day 45

Found myself very hungry this morning.  If I have this cereal/milk/orange juice breakfast again, I think I might add a slice of buttered toast into the mix to make it more calorically comparable to a lunch or dinner meal

Diet

  • Frosted Flakes with half cup of whole milk and cup of orange juice. (420 cal)
  • Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, vegetables, half steak/half chicken, mild salsa, cheese, guacamole. (1,100 cal)
  • Small java chip frappuccino light. (150 cal)
  • Brownie. (300 cal)
  • Handful of Skittles. (40 cal)
  • Two fried eggs with two slices of buttered wheat toast. (420 cal)
Total calories: 2,430 cal

Exercise

Two sets of knee push-ups (23 and 25) and planking (30 seconds each).
