Coldrun Fitness - Day 67

Still about 410 calories of debt, but doing ok today.

Diet

  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal with skim milk. (310 cal) [Quick note: my usual cereal amount is two servings (about 1.5 cups) and half a cup of milk, but sometimes it varies.]
  • Pretzels. (220 cal)
  • Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, vegetables, half steak/half pork, mild salsa, cheese, guacamole. (850 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Wonton soup and barbecued pork.  Half cup of frozen yogurt. (I'll guess 750 cal for the Chinese food, and 100 cal for the frozen yogurt. 850 cal)
Total calories: 2,410
