Coldrun Fitness - Day 60

Victory from the jaws of defeat tonight.  Went over my calorie limit, but only by a bit.  Was on the verge of binging and didn't.  So that's good.

  • 6" wheat sub with tuna, cheddar, black olive, lettuce, mayonnaise.  Cheetohs. (950 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal) 
  • Pop chips. (100 cal)
  • Buttermilk chicken sandwich. Frozen yogurt. (710 cal)
  • Pretzels. (100 cal)
