Coldrun Fitness - Day 56

Last day of the family visit.  A good bike ride, but ate too much out.

Diet

  • Three egg omelet with sausage, cheddar, tomato.  Some hashbrowns.  (1,000 cal)
  • Pretzel nuggets. (360 cal)
  • Chicken Caesar salad with cup of chicken soup and roll. (600 cal)
  • Large meal with pork belly, duck, broccoli/spinach.
Total calories: 1,960 + too many.

Exercise

Forgot to track the time, but went for a 16 mile bike ride with my family.  1.5-2 hours, somewhere in that range.
