Last day before weigh-in day, and I feel I ended the week pretty strong.

Diet

  • Three egg omelet with American cheese, tomato, and green pepper.  Biscuit. (750 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Two Lean Pockets. (540 cal)
  • Chips with salsa. (310 cal)
  • Slice of wheat toast with light butter, a fried egg, and slice of Spam. (440 cal)
Total calories: 2,220 cal
