Fitness Stuff - May 12, 2015

Morning weight: 267.2 lbs


Diet

Morning: Three eggs scrambled up with half a plum tomato, half a green bell pepper, and some mozzarella cheese.  Two slices of Spam.

Midday: 6" meatball sub with black olives.  Doritos.

Bottled mocha frappuccino a couple of hours later.

Some almond butter plain, on a knife.  Straight from the can.  What. :D

Evening:

Some corn chips on getting home for a snack. 

For dinner, two baked chicken breasts coated in onion powder and black beans with garlic powder.  SO MUCH DELICIOUS POWDER.

Exercise

Walked about a mile at lunch today.
