Fitness Stuff - May 6, 2015

Morning weight: 269.6 lbs




Diet

Morning: Three eggs scrambled up with half a green bell pepper, some mozzarella, and some diced garlic chicken leftover from a couple of nights ago.  Two slices of Spam.

Midday: Chipotle burrito with white rice, steak, tomato, cheese, guacamole.  Iced skim chai latte.

Bottled mocha frappuccino a bit later.

Evening: Strong temptation to let everything go off the rails.  Not by eating a lot - I can eat a lot and still not be "off the rails" - but by binging mindlessly, regardless of whether I was hungry or not.  Started by getting a king size white chocolate Kit Kat bag and a large bag of Fritos with Spinach dip.

And then stopped.  I had planned to go through with the binge by ordering a pizza, but decided not to.

Exercise: Walked about a mile at lunch.
