Fitness Stuff - May 3, 2015

Morning weight: 268.8 lbs




Diet

Morning: Two scrambled eggs with salsa and three slices of Spam.

Midday: Chipotle bowl with white rice, steak, tomato, cheese, guacamole.  Iced chai tea latte.

Evening: Cooked a baked potato, two chicken breasts coated in garlic powder, and a microwave veggie pack, but ate only half the potato and one of the chicken breasts. 



Had about 1/5 of a pint of Coffee Toffee Crunch ice cream after.  (Ben & Jerry's)

Just wasn't that hungry today.  Not sure why.

Exercise

Nice walk this afternoon, though it was a bit hotter than I usually like outside.  Walked around a neighborhood in St. Paul I hadn't visited before.  3.74 miles in 1:12:17.

I also tried a little experiment, and used Map My Run while grocery shopping at Target.  Car door to car door was 1.29 miles in 36:25.
