Fitness Stuff - May 29, 2015

Day status: complete

Diet

Morning: Two eggs sunnyside up and two slices of Spam.

At 10:00am, feeling hungry again.  There are bagels available at work, but I'll hold off until 11:00am for lunch.

11:00am: success!

Midday: Lettuce with Italian dressing.  Sandwich on white with tomato, tuna, mayo, shredded mozzarella.  A few squares of chocolate and three graham crackers.

Bottled mocha frappuccino.

Later in the afternoon, bagel with cream cheese.

Evening: Worked late today, until about 10:00pm.  Had a piece of cake midway through and a banana when I got home.  Was still hungry, but it was pretty late so I didn't want to have a dinner.  I'll just have a bigger breakfast tomorrow.
