Fitness Stuff - May 2, 2015

Morning weight: 268.8 lbs




Diet
 
Morning: Ate breakfast out this morning.  A three egg omelet with cheddar, tomato, and green pepper.  Side of hash browns, but only ate a small portion.  Went to a Starbucks nearby afterwards for a bottled frappuccino.

Midday: Stouffer's macaroni and cheese for lunch.

A couple of hours later had some baby carrots with balsamic dressing.  Iced skim caramel latte.

Evening: Went to see Avengers 2 tonight and had a small butter popcorn.  Was still hungry after getting out, and stopped at a pizza joint near my home for a couple of slices.

Exercise

Did knee push-ups again.  Two sets.  First set did 17, second did 12. 

Thought about going for a walk this evening, but I just felt exhausted and so I'm going to sleep early.
