Fitness Stuff - May 16, 2015

Morning weight: 266.8 lbs


Felt really angry most of the day.  Don't know why.  Made it hard to get shit done.  

Diet

Morning: Some corn/tortilla chips.

Midday: Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, vegetables, steak, tomato, cheese, guacamole.  Iced skim chai tea latte.

2/5 pint of ice cream.

Evening: French toast with bacon.

Two slices of pizza.

Iced skim latte.

Exercise: Nothing.
