Fitness Stuff - May 24, 2015

Morning weight: didn't check.

This last week and a half really I'd been binging.  Let's try something else today.  I cleaned some dishes and have some groceries.


Diet

Morning: Two egg omelet with mozzarella.  Two slices of Spam.  Feels really good to cook again.

Midday: Tuna and mayo on slice of sourdough, some tortilla chips, and lettuce with balsamic dressing.  2/5 pint of ice cream.

Two slices of sourdough with butter later in the afternoon.

Evening: Macaroni and cheese microwave meal.  Some marshmallows.
