Diet

Morning: Three scrambled eggs with two slices of buttered sourdough.

Midday: Two slices of Hawaiian pizza at work, two cheese/bread sticks.  Pretty full right now.  Going to have to be careful this afternoon and evening to eat when I get hungry only, and then in a limited way.

Carrot cake cookie.

Evening: Macaroni and cheese.  3/5 pint of ice cream.  Chips.  Overate - no two ways about it.
