Fitness Stuff - May 20, 2015

Morning weight: 266.8 lbs

Diet

Morning: Sesame bagel with cream cheese.

Midday: Chipotle bowl with half white rice, vegetables, salsa, steak, cheese, guacamole.  Bottled vanilla frappuccino.

Two cookies later in the afternoon.

Evening: Juicy Lucy (basically, a cheeseburger with cheese cooked inside the meat - a Minnesota delicacy!) with onion rings and slaw.  Some Hershey Kisses.

Exercise: Walked about a mile at lunch.
