Fitness Stuff - May 8, 2015

Morning weight: 269.4 lbs




Morning: Three eggs scrambled up with some mozzarella, half a green bell pepper, and a bit of whole milk.  Two slices of Spam.

Maybe 1/5 of a bottled mocha frappuccino a bit later.

Midday: Banh mi Vietnamese sandwich, with pork, pate, carrots, cilantro and.. some other stuff?  Can't remember.

Got a Starbucks caramel frappuccino with chocolate chips afterwards.  12 oz.  Whipped cream.  Big desserty thing.

Later in the afternoon had three slices of pizza at work.

Evening: Macaroni and cheese.  Baked sweet potato with butter.  Slice of sourdough bread.  Some tortilla chips with salsa.
