Fitness Stuff - May 30, 2015

Morning weight: 268.8 lbs

Status: complete.

Not a good day.  Not a terrible day, just... not great.


Diet

Morning: Three egg omelet with tomato, cheddar, green pepper. Hash browns.  Three strips of bacon.

Bottled mocha frappuccino.

Afternoon: 

Mint chocolate bar.  I actually regret this - I didn't get it while I was really hungry, just looking for something to do.

Some corn chips.

Evening: Chipotle bowl with white rice, some beef, tomato, vegetables, black beans, cheese, guacamole.  Caramel frappuccino with whipped cream.
