Nerd Fitness Academy - Daily Food and Quest Log, 10/13/14

Major quest progress today.





Food Log

9:15am: Bagel thins with cream cheese. (210 cal)


10:00am: Mini candy. (120 cal)

11:15am: Chocolate croissant. Microwave rigatoni with vodka sauce. (650 cal)

3:00pm: Frozen fruit cup. (60 cal)

5:30pm: Burger and peas. (670 cal)

10:00pm: King size Hershey's cookies and cream. (370 cal)

Water through day: 1 liter.

Total: 2,080 calories.

Quest Progress

-Logged calories below 2,800 for "Nutrition: Growing into Nerd Fitness's Nutrition Level Two."

-Drank water instead of caffeine for week one of "Nutrition: The Caffeine Challenge, Level One, Part Two."

-Walked for 10+ minutes for "Fitness: Walk for 10 Minutes This Week."

-Worked out, and made it to a modified third set.  Huzzah!  This starts week two of "Complete 6 Weeks of Your Workout Plan!"

-Completed "10 Assisted Split Squats."

-Cooked a dinner of broiled burger meat with peas to start week two of "Become a Cooker: Level Two."

-Ate a frozen fruit cup to complete week two of "Become a Fruit Eater: Level Two."

-Focused on my dinner without gaming, etc., to complete the final week of "Become a Focused Eater: Level One."  Huzzah!  Next up: "Become a Focused Eater: Level Two."  I'll try to eat with focus for three meals per week for four weeks.

-Drank one liter of water for week three of "Become a Water Drinker: Level Two."
