Food Log

8:45am: Bagel thins with cream cheese. (210 cal)

9:30am: Mini candy. (80 cal)

11:00am: Microwave penne alla vodka. (270 cal)

11:45am: Small skim hot chocolate. (190 cal)

1:45pm: Mixed mini candy. (150 cal)

2:45pm: Chocolate croissant. (320 cal)

5:30pm: 12" sub on monterrey cheddar bread with meatballs, marinara sauce, cheese, cucumber, olive.  Doritos.  Diet Coke. (1,360 cal)

Water through day: 1 liter.

Total: 2,580 calories

Quest Progress

-Logged calories below 2,900 for week four of "Nutrition: Growing into Nerd Fitness's Nutrition Level Two" and "Nutrition: Finish Your Food Log."

-Went for a 10 minute bike ride today.  This completes "Become a Mover: Level One."  HUZZAH!  Onto "Become a Mover: Level Two."  For this quest, I'll aim for four weeks to do the following: bike 15 minutes one day, walk 15 minutes one day, and for a third way either bike or walk 15 minutes.

-Drank one liter of water.  Completed week two of "Become a Water Drinker: Level Two."

-Went for a 9+ minute walk to start "Fitness: Walk for 9 Minutes This Week."
