Nerd Fitness Academy - Daily Food and Quest Log, 10/4/14




Food Log

8:45am: Omelet with American cheese, green pepper, tomato.  Side of hash browns, but ate maybe 1/6 of it.  (800 cal.  I don't know for sure, and may be overestimating, but doubt I'm underestimating.  They say these are 3 egg omelets, but lots of cheese.)

9:15am: Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)

1:30pm: Stoeffer's macaroni and cheese. (640 cal)

4:45pm: Campbell's tomato rice condensed soup. (350 cal)

7:00pm: Pasta with tomato sauce and canned tuna. (600 cal)

7:45pm: Red Delicious apple. (70 cal)

10:00pm: Hot chocolate. (90 cal)

Water through day: about 1.25 liters

Quest Progress

 -Logged calories below 2,900 for "Nutrition: Growing into Nerd Fitness's Nutrition Level Two" and "Nutrition: Finish Your Food Log."

-Went for an 8+ minute walk for "Fitness: Walk for 8 Minutes This Week."  One more day left on that level.

-Worked out today.  Did 15 strict push-ups, up from 10 last time!  I don't believe I'm getting that much stronger, but I do believe the mental element is not insignificant.  Also replaced 12 pound weights with 20 pound weights for the rows.

The begins week one of "Complete 6 Weeks of Your Workout Plan!"

-Started week one of "Become a Fruit Eater: Level Two" with the apple I ate.

-Drank 1+ liter of water for week two of "Become a Water Drinker: Level Two."
