2:00pm: Three egg omelet with American cheese, tomato, green pepper.  Fresh fruit cup. (700 cal)

2:45pm: Decaf tall caramel frappuccino with chocolate chips. (400 cal)

3:45pm: Chips with nacho cheese. (1,040 cal)

7:00pm: Baked chicken with marinara sauce. (210 cal)

8:00pm: Chips with nacho cheese. (500 cal)

9:30pm: Cup of frozen cherries. Diet Cherry Pepsi. (60 cal)
