Nerd Fitness Academy - Daily Food and Quest Log, 10/8/14
Food Log
8:45am: Bagel thins with cream cheese. (210 cal)
9:30am: Mini candy and two small bread slices. (140 cal)
11:30am: Banh mi sandwich with pate, mixed shredded meat, lettuce, mayonnaise. Fries with special sauce. Sierra Mist. (I don't really know the calories, but it was a big sandwich and the fries felt heavy. Going to guess 1,600 cal.)
2:00pm: Mixed fruit cup. (120 cal)
7:00pm: Chicken breast with marinara sauce and side of green beans. (240 cal)
9:30pm: Hershey's cookies and cream. (220 cal)
Water through day: About 3/4 of a liter.
Total: 2,530 calories

Quest Progress
-Logged calories below 2,900 to complete week four of "Nutrition: Growing into Nerd Fitness's Nutrition Level Two" and "Nutrition: Finish Your Food Log."
-Drank water and Sierra Mist in place of anything caffeinated to start week four of "Nutrition: The Caffeine Challenge, Level One."
-Went for a 15+ minute walk. This works on "Fitness: Walk for 9 Minutes This Week" and "Become a Mover: Level Two."
-Cooked dinner (chicken breast with marinara sauce and green beans) to kick off "Become a Cooker: Level Two."
-Ate my breakfast without any side activities to finish week three of "Become a Focused Eater: Level One." I adjusted this quest a bit from just focusing on lunch or dinner to include focusing on breakfast, because it was a stupid and pointless restriction.
