Nerd Fitness Academy - Daily Food and Quest Log, 10/22/14

Not a great day, but any progress from the last few days is progress.



Food Log

9:00am: English muffin with cream cheese. (200 cal)

11:15am: Five Guys little bacon cheeseburger, some fries. (1,000 cal)

11:45am: Frozen yogurt with some M&Ms/Reese's crumbles. (300 cal?)

1:00pm: Mixed grilled vegetables.  Small bread slice with butter.  Two Hershey kisses. (220 cal)

5:30pm: Turkey avocado wrap.  Large Hershey's cookies and cream and Reese's big cup. (1,350 cal)

Water through day: 0.5 liter

Total: 3,070 calories.
