Nerd Fitness Academy - Daily Food and Quest Log, 10/18/14

Food Log

8:45am: Omelet with American cheese, tomato, green pepper.  Hashbrowns, but only had a couple of bites. (700 cal)

9:15am: Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)

11:15am: Microwave chicken margherita/pasta bowl. (270 cal)

2:45pm: 8" BLT with mayonnaise and avocado spread.  Barbecue chips. (730 cal)

9:00pm: Baked chicken breast with paprika, olive oil, marinara sauce.  Brussel sprouts. (350 cal)

9:45pm: Cup of frozen cherries. (90 cal)

Midnight: Hershey's cookies and cream bar. (220 cal)

Water through day: 1 liter

Total: 2,540 calories
