Quest Progress
-Logged calories under 2,800, completing "Nutrition: Growing into Nerd Fitness's Nutrition Level Two." I've accomplished the first main goal of having my nutrition at level two by bringing my calories down to about 500 calories lower than what I'd been eating beforehand.
Next up is the actual promotion quest: "Nutrition: Level Up to Nerd Fitness Diet Level Two." To do this, I'll spend the next week below 2,700 calories, and actively minimizing liquid calories (which hasn't been a significant problem for me, strangely enough).
-Drank caffeine-free diet Coke and water instead of caffeine. Completed week one of "Nutrition: The Caffeine Challenge, Level One, Part Two."
-Went for a 10+ minute walk for "Fitness: Walk for 10 Minutes This Week."
