Nerd Fitness Academy - Daily Food and Quest Log, 10/5/14


 
Food Log

9:15am: Apple cinnamon oatmeal packet. (160 cal)

11:15am: Chipotle burrito bowl with 1/2 white rice, 1/2 steak, 1/2 barbacoa, pepper, onion, tomato, cheese, guacamole.  (920 cal.  I got half rice, but I also saw the guy making it dump a ton of barbacoa in.  I didn't eat the whole thing, so HUZZAH!  Stopping when I wasn't really hungry is a big win.)

12:00pm: Decaf tall caramel frappuccino with chocolate chips. (350 cal)

5:00pm: 8" sub with roast beef, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, avocado spread.  BBQ-flavor chips. (820 cal)

9:30pm: Hot chocolate. (90 cal)

11:00pm: Apple. (70 cal)

Water through day: Half a liter.

Total: 2,410 calories
