Nerd Fitness Academy - Daily Food and Quest Log, 9/16/14




Food Log

8:30am: English muffin with cream cheese. (170 cal)

11:30am: Chinese "pick 5."  Cup of egg drop soup, sesame chicken, fried fish pieces, lo mein, mixed  vegetables. (about 1,300 cal?  Not sure.)

1:45pm: Banana. (100 cal)

3:30pm: Plum. (30 cal)

5:00pm: Pizza slice. (230 cal)

5:45pm: Chips, Ben and Jerry's ice cream pint, macaroni and cheese cup. (1,650 cal)

Water through day: about one 1.5 liters.

Total: 3,480 calories

Quest Progress

-Logged my calories, progressing on both "Nutrition: Growing into Nerd Fitness's Nutrition Level Two" and "Nutrition: Finish Your Food Log."  Only one more day of raw watching, and starting on Thursday I'll move on from simply logging my food to working to lower it more consciously.

-Went for a 10+ minute walk, progressing on both "Fitness: Walk for 6 Minutes This Week" and week two of "Become a Mover: Level One."

-Didn't drink caffeine today, finally starting on "Nutrition: The Caffeine Challenge, Level One."

_My plum and banana snacks completed week two of "Become a Fruit-Eater: Level One."
