Nerd Fitness Academy - Daily Food and Quest Log, 9/19/14



Food Log

8:30am: English muffin with cream cheese. (190 cal)

9:45am: Gardeta's snack mix. (230 cal)

11:15am: Bowl of clam chowder.  Popcorn. (~750 cal?)

3:30pm: Famous Amos cookies. (450 cal)

4:45pm: 10 chicken nuggets. (600 cal)

5:45pm: 6" wheat sub with chicken strips, lettuce, cucumber, American cheese, sweet onion sauce. (380 cal)

Water through day: about 1.5 liters.

Total: 2,600 calories.

Quest Progress

-Tracked my calories and kept them below 3,100, progressing on week two of both "Nutrition: Growing into Nerd Fitness's Nutrition Level Two" and "Nutrition: Finish Your Food Log."

A good decision from today: At Subway for dinner, I got a 6" sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub rather than a footlong meatball sub as I initially wanted.

-Went for a 6+ minute walk for "Fitness: Walk for 6 Minutes This Week."

-Drank just water today, no caffeine, and thus started week two of "Nutrition: The Caffeine Challenge, Level One."

-Had water today for week two of "Become a Water Drinker: Level One."

-Ate at Subway with no podcasts on, no book, no newspaper.  Finished week one of "Become a Focused Eater: Level One."
