Food Log

8:15am: Combos bag and 10 oz. bottle of orange juice. (450 cal)

9:30am: Trail mix. (290 cal)

11:45am: Panini with cheddar, bacon, chicken, boursin cheese, Spinach.  Salt and vinegar potato chips. Sprite Zero. (830 cal)

12:30pm: M&Ms. (230 cal)

5:30pm: 5" chicken parm on ciabatta.  6 piece boneless buffalo wings with ranch. Caffeine-free diet Pepsi. (690 cal)

Water through day: 1.5 liters

Total: 2,490 calories
