Food Log

8:30am: English muffin with cream cheese. (190 cal)

9:30am: Trail mix. (290 cal)

12:15pm: Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, cheese, tomato, half steak and half beef, guacamole, peppers, onions.  Coke Zero. (950 cal)

2:30pm: Mini-brownie and mini-some-other-pastry-I-don't-know-the-name-of. (180 cal)

5:45pm: Gyro with lamb, tomato, onion, tzatziki.  Fries.  Caffeine-free diet Coke. (950 cal)

11:00pm: Hershey's cookies and cream bar. (220 cal)

Water through day: about 1.5 liters.

Total: 2,780 cal
