Nerd Fitness Academy - Daily Food and Quest Log, 9/30/14

One more day until the monthly check-in!



Food Log

8:15am: Goldfish. (330 cal)

10:00am: M&Ms. (230 cal)

11:15am: Chipotle burrito bowl with 1/2 steak and 1/2 chicken, half serving of white rice, rice, grilled peppers and onions, tomato, cheese, guacamole.  Coke Zero. (950 cal)

4:45pm: 10 chicken nuggets. (600 cal)

5:15pm: King size Hershey's cookies and creme.  Pepperoni pizza Lean Pocket.  Can of diet, caffeine-free Coke. (660 cal)

10:15pm: Apple.  Cheese stick. (150 cal)

Water through day: about half a liter.

Total: 2,920 calories.

Quest Progress

-Calorie logging below 3,000 added progress to week three of "Nutrition: Growing into Nerd Fitness's Nutrition Level Two" and "Nutrition: Finish Your Food Log."

-Went for a 10 minute walk.  This moves forward "Fitness: Walk for 8 Minutes This Week" and starts week four of "Become a Mover: Level One."

-The apple I ate started the last week of "Become a Fruit-Eater: Level One."
