Nerd Fitness Academy - Daily Food and Quest Log, 9/27/14


 
Food Log

9:30am: 9 generic brand Ritz crackers. (150 cal)

11:45am: Chipotle burrito bowl with half order of white rice, steak, tomato, peppers, onion, cheese, guacamole.  Coke Zero. (900 cal)

4:15pm: Footlong sub on Monterrey cheddar bread with roast chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, 1/2 mayonnaise and 1/2 chipotle southwest sauce.  Can of caffeine free diet Coke. (1,010 cal)

11:00pm: Hershey's cookies 'n' cream bar. (220 cal)

11:30pm: Baked salmon filet with green beans. (300 cal)

Water through day: one liter.

Total: 2,580 calories

Quest Progress

-Tracked calories and stayed under 3,000, progressing on week three of "Nutrition: Grow into Nerd Fitness's Nutrition Level Two" and "Nutrition: Finish Your Quest Log."

-Went for a 7+ minute walk for "Fitness: Walk for 7 Minutes This Week."

-Went for a 10+ minute bike ride to complete week three of "Become a Mover: Level One."

-Cooked a dinner of salmon filet and boiled green beans to complete week three of "Become a Cooker: Level One."

-Ate my dinner at the window in my bedroom without gaming, music, streams, reading, anything.  This completes week two of "Become a Focused Eater: Level One."  I don't really have a dinner table and didn't want to eat at my desk, so I just kept it on my lap.  I'll have to work on building a better infrastructure to support focused eating.

-Drank at least one liter of water today for week one of "Become a Water Drinker: Level Two."
