Quest Progress
-Logged calories for the day. Completed the first week of "Nutrition: Finish Your Food Log."
-This also completed the first week of "Nutrition: Growing into Nerd Fitness's Nutrition Level Two."
HUZZAH!!!
The initial baseline phase is over. The average calorie count is horrifying, but it is what it is: 3,490 calories. This was about an average week. My plan for the next month is to gradually step down in calories per day. Week one, 3,100 max. Week two, 3,000. Then 2,900 and 2,800.
Then we'll see where we are relative to the goals of NFA's Nutrition Level Two.
-Went for a 6+ minute walk, progressing on "Fitness: Walk for 6 Minutes This Week."
-Did another workout, one set. Only problem came during warm-up jumping jacks. My left knee started to sting around the 15th, so I stopped. No issues the rest of the workout. Completed first week of "Complete Three Weeks of Your Workout Plan."
