Nerd Fitness Academy - Daily Food and Quest Log, 9/26/14


 
Food Log

8:00am: Burger King egg and cheese biscuit. (380 cal)

11:15am: Gyro with lamb, tzatziki sauce, tomato, onion. (440 cal)

11:45am: Decaf tall caramel frappuccino with chocolate chips and whipped cream. (350 cal)

2:00pm: Trail mix. (280 cal)

5:00pm: Fish fry night!  Two and a half pieces of Alaskan cod.  Mashed potatoes.  Cup of clam chowder.  Diet Coke. (Not sure, but my best guess is 1350 cal.)

Water through day: About 1.5 liters.

Total: 2800 calories.

-Logged calories below 3,000, progressing on week three of "Nutrition: Growing into Nerd Fitness's Nutrition Level Two" and "Nutrition: Finish Your Food Log."

-Went for a 7+ minute walk, pushing past the halfway point of "Fitness: Walk for 7 Minutes This Week."

-Ate my lunch without distractions and thus started week two of "Become a Focused Eater: Level One."

-Drank at least one liter of water, progressing on "Become a Water Drinker: Level Two."
